Tracking with Kim Cabrera

Local tracking instructor Kim Cabrera explains what tracking is and how it can be useful to us in connecting with the forest. Tracking is more than just being able to identify animals and their tracks. It is a whole different view of nature—an endlessly rewarding relationship with intangible benefits.

Information about Kim’s observations on iNaturalist can be accessed here, and her “Bear Tracker” website is here.

Here is an article about “forest bathing.”
